Alabama won the middle game of their three game series with 14th ranked Missouri this weekend. The Tide is now 20-18 on the year, 7-11 in the SEC.
Once again the Crimson Tide was forced into a shortening a series because of weather concerns, playing their fifth double header of the year. Foul weather expected for Sunday forced a Saturday double header, the teams fourth in SEC play, all of which have been split, one game to one. The Tide lost Friday night, 4-3, won game two 6-0 and lost 5-3 in the rubber game of the series Saturday evening.
