The University of Alabama is currently testing out food trucks on campus during the spring semester. UA currently has three trucks rotating around its campus which, if student demand is high, will become permanent during the academic year.
“During classes it’s nice to come to the parking lot, get some food real quick, and go back to other classes,” University of Alabama student Kelsey Brown told local TV station ABC 33/40.
The food trucks apparently have an early endorsement from a big name on campus. Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts was pictured ordering from one of the food trucks on Monday.
