The University of Alabama men’s and women’s cross country teams continue to hold on to spots in the top ten in the latest South Region in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Regional Rankings, released Monday. The women fell from second to fourth while the men dropped one spot from ninth to 10th.
