Alabama’s fan day has been the subject of many “running of the Gumps” stories, but none like this.
Many in the media and online have taken to calling fan day the “running of the Gumps” because a horde of Alabama fans charge the field to be the first to get in line to get an autograph from Nick Saban, Lane Kiffin, or the Alabama players.

One man, who calls himself King Bammer on Twitter has been first in line for Alabama’s fan day for many years… seven years to be exact.
