Terrence Cody receives postponement in animal-cruelty case

Terrence Cody, a two-time consensus All-American defensive lineman for Alabama, will not be in court on Tuesday to face animal-cruelty charges, as originally scheduled. Cody and his girlfriend, Kourtney Jammese Kelley, will face 15 criminal counts apiece in Baltimore Circuit Court in Maryland. But instead of doing so on Aug. 11, they have received a postponement and are scheduled to appear on Nov. 12, the Baltimore Sun reported....
