St. Paul and The Broken Bones are a 7 man band from the heart of Alabama, Birmingham. Those who attended Sloss Fest Sunday had the pleasure of seeing some of our hometown heroes come back and play one of the best sets of the entire festival. In fact, St. Paul and The Broken Bones may have played the best show of the entire festival.
Vocalist, Paul Janeway, was recovering from a cold. However, unless you noticed him gargling water occasionally between songs you never would have known. His face melting vocals paired with the excellent instrumentals made for an awing experience.
