Alabama women’s basketball coach Kristy Curry saw three things she liked during Sunday’s 97-50 win over Alcorn State.

She said the team showed great effort across the board, finishing with 20 offensive rebounds, making 15 of 20 free throws and having six players score in double digits.

“I like the way we were able to sustain long periods of energy because those three categories I metioned really exemplify that,” Curry said.

Sophomore Quanetria Bolton, sophomore Hannah Cook and freshman C’Coriea Foy all finished with 14 points. Senior Nikki Hegstetter finished with 13 and sophomore Karyla Middlebook scored 12.
