The SEC media predicted the order of finish for the 2024 football season at SEC Media Days in Dallas.
Seven schools received votes as preseason favorites to win the league but only three schools had double-digit votes. Those programs were Alabama, Georgia and Texas.
The Crimson Tide find themselves projected to finish third in the SEC after only receiving (12) votes predicting them to win the conference championship, behind Texas (27) and Georgia (165).
The media has predicted the SEC champion correctly just nine times since 1992. Media members selected to Georgia to win the conference last year.
