Former Alabama strength coach Scott Cochran was one of Nick Saban’s foundational assistants during his run with the Crimson Tide.
Often considered the glue guy of the program, several former players have raved about Cochran’s impact at Alabama and when he departed for Georgia in 2020.
Today, Cochran has now transitioned away from coaching and is a full-time advocate for addiction recovery after going through a battle of his own.
But Cochran hasn’t forgotten his roots, even with Saban now retired he paid a visit to Alabama on Wednesday to meet with a few familiar faces.
