Richard Todd is not much for comparisons.
But, when you are talking about Alabama quarterbacks, the topic tends to come up.
So, when former Auburn coach Pat Dye said current Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is better than former Crimson Tide greats Joe Namath and Ken Stabler, it turns some heads.
Todd joined me and Lee Shirvanian on Monday during "The Opening Kickoff" on WNSP-FM 105.5. Of course, the topic came up.
"Pat Dye's been around," said Todd, who played for Alabama between 1973-1975. "He knows. It's hard to compare. I don't like to compare.
