Alabama offensive lineman Alphonse Taylor could receive an outcome in the near future for last month’s DUI arrest.
The Tuscaloosa News reported Tuesday that a ruling should be made in the case at Tuscaloosa Municipal Court in about a week.
Taylor did not attend a pre-trial hearing Tuesday but was represented by his attorney Jason Neff. Alabama had practice Tuesday afternoon.
Taylor, a senior, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident on July 17. Court documents, though, later revealed that had a blood-alcohol content level of 0.
