Report: Alabama guard Lester Cotton arrested on marijuana charges

Alabama guard Lester Cotton, a part-time starter in 2016, reportedly was arrested on two drug-related charges.

Cotton was arrested in Tuscaloosa on Friday night on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, as reported by Kelvin Reynolds of Birmingham-based television station WBRC.

Tuscaloosa Police say Alabama Offensive lineman Lester Cotton was arrested on a drug charge Friday night.

Cotton was pulled over at 11 p.m. Friday night while driving a Chevy Tahoe just northwest of Coleman Coliseum, Alabama’s basketball arena.
