It was a crazy week on the recruiting front for the University of Alabama in losing two commitments in the 2017 class. Alabama is still waiting on news for at least one player who is undecided in the 2016 class, and one of its top commitments earned an invitation to the Rivals Five-Star Challenge this summer.
Jake Fromm, Rivals100 quarterback from Houston County High School in Warner Robins, Ga., flipped his commitment last week from Alabama to Georgia. The move does not come as a major surprise since he was recruited by Kirby Smart when he was in Tuscaloosa.
