The offseason is an important time for NFL players, especially those who are still looking to make a major impact on the league.
Former Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams is surely one of those players.
Following a bit of a quiet rookie season where Williams brought in 28 tackles, four tackles for loss, six quarterback hits and 2.5 sacks, he is using the offseason to refine his body in hopes to become a major impact player for the New York Jets this upcoming season.
And for Williams that means no more Oreos.
“I’ve really been declining my body fat and gaining muscle, so thats what we really focus on so I can come back leaner and better so… no more Oreos,” said Williams when speaking to WBRC .
