Something great is taking place at the University of Alabama and this fall, the college football world will recognize it.
Since the hires of David Ballou and Dr. Matt Rhea were made for the Crimson Tide’s sports science department, players and staff members have responded well.
Jeff Allen, Alabama’s head athletic trainer, is starting to mesh well with Rhea as the two are working toward decreasing season-ending injuries and getting the maximum performance from each student-athlete. The primary goal for both guys is having the team reach a high standard in speed training, strength training and overall effort on the field.
