More than 100 players arrived in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on Wednesday for a month of football that they hope will get them back on NFL rosters.
The Spring League checked in players on Wednesday at the Greenbrier Sports Performance Center, where the organization is scheduled to hold the first of its 13 practices on Thursday.
The Spring League plans to field four teams, with each playing three games at the Greenbrier Resort from April 15-25.
On its web site, the Spring League is described as "an instructional league and showcase for professional football talent.
