Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle Marcell Dareus is the defendant in two civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault on the part of the former Alabama football standout.
In a lawsuit filed on Friday in Duval County, Florida, an unidentified Texas woman alleges that Dareus had sexual intercourse with her while she was unconscious and at other times without informing her that he carried a sexually transmitted disease.
In the other lawsuit, an unidentified woman claims she was sexually assaulted at a party in January 2017.
In the former case, the complaint states that Dareus and the plaintiff spent the night together at a Houston hotel in April.
