A couple of Alabama commits are showing their athleticism on the hardwood in a big way in the AHSAA state tournament.
Alabama’s 4-Star signees, Jah-Marien Latham and Kristian Story, helped lead the Pickens County Tornadoes and the Lanett Panthers to the 1-A semifinals Monday.
Latham was named the MVP of the Northwest Region after scoring 20 points and grabbing 13 rebounds for the Tornadoes Monday. The 4-Star defensive tackle signed with the Tide during the early signing period after an all-state performance during his senior season on the gridiron. Latham also represented the state of Alabama at the 2019 Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game.
