Malachi Moore and Jalen Milroe have received a lot of preseason acknowledgment.
The pair were both named to the Walter Camp Player of the Year award watchlist earlier this week.
The Walter Camp Award is the nation’s oldest collegiate award and is annually awarded to the best player in college football. Moore and Milroe are already among the best in the country at their respective positions, with both being selected as SEC preseason All-Americans.
Moore was selected as the Crimson Tide’s permanent team captain in 2023 for a reason. He is the passionate, field general and instinctive leader of the defense.
