Alabama coach Nick Saban spoke to the media Wednesday afternoon on the SEC coaches teleconference.

-- On Texas A&M: "We're playing a really, really good team -- both sides of the ball and special teams. Very well coached and play hard. Scored a lot of points. A lot of production on offense. This is a very, very challenging game with a lot of multiples that our players need to get prepared for."
-- On hiring Jeff Banks, who previously worked at Texas A&M: "My first (reason) was philosophical, a decision that when we went to 10 coaches, I wanted to try to find a really, really good special teams coach.
