Nick Saban shuts down comedian Shane Gillis after he takes shot at SEC

Nick Saban found himself defending his run at Alabama after comedian Shane Gillis took a shot at the Crimson Tide and initiate the SEC paid players in the past.

Saban fired back at the shot by stating how Alabama indeed ‘cheated.’

“I do believe in integrity,” Saban said. “I always tried to run the program that way, so players had a better chance to be successful. We (Alabama) make more money in the NFL than any other school, 61 players in the league, that was how we cheated, we developed players.”

Shane Gillis calling Saban, Alabama Jones, and insinuating SEC teams have historically paid players, to his face, on national TV has to be one of the greatest roasts of all time.
