Former Alabama football head coach, Nick Saban is wondering how Oregon wide receiver, Tez Johnson, didn’t get recruited by Alabama hours before Oregon and Ohio state take the field in Pasadena, California for the Rose Bowl.
Johnson, a 5-foot-10 senior from Pinson, Alabama, has been electric in Eugene for the Ducks since transferring from Troy University. Johnson has recorded back to back 10-touchdown seasons for Oregon and looks to be a big threat on offense against Ohio State in the Rose Bowl. This production has Saban pondering exactly how the Crimson Tide let Johnson leave the state of Alabama and excel elsewhere.
