When people think of Nick Saban, one of the first things that comes to mine is an image of the coach scowling on the sideline. For many, they might even describe the coach as intimidating.
And while the Alabama coach admitted as much during his weekly Thursday evening radio show, he added that his 2-year-old granddaughter Amelie Saban views him much differently.
"My kids were always afraid of me," Saban said. "And most of the players are a little afraid of me. But little Amelie, she's not afraid of me at all. And I expect her to be afraid of me and she's not.
