College football coaches around the country have had to adjust to a new normal due to the Global pandemic, whether that is recruiting virtually or contacting players, who are currently on their rosters.
Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide’s coaching staff are no different as they are staying in contact with their current players while practicing social distancing. Most of the Tide’s players made it back to Tuscaloosa earlier this month to prepare for Summer workouts. They were cleared to begin voluntary workouts on June 8 by the SEC.
While performing voluntary workouts, Alabama’s players spend most of their time with Alabama’s strength and conditioning staff, lead by David Ballou and Matt Rhea.
