Before he becomes a grandfather for a second time, Nick Saban celebrates his 68th birthday on Thursday as the head coach of Alabama football. Since being hired in January of 2007, Saban has brought nothing but joy and success to the program and community as a whole.
A native of West Virginia, he made true of his promise of given the Crimson Tide fan base a product it could be proud of.
Prior to this season, he delivered Alabama to five national championships (BCS and College Football Playoff), six Southeastern Conference titles and numerous top-ranked signing classes.
