“He’s a technician,” Lewis told AL.com about Dieter. “That guy is very special. He’s going to have a very special career. I’m glad he made the decision. Sometimes in life you have to make a decision. Him going to Alabama, I think he’s going to be a great fit at Alabama.”
Dieter was ninth in the nation with 94 catches for 1,033 yards this past season for Bowling Green. Lewis, who has good speed and is a legit deep threat, had 85 catches for 1,544 yards. They combined for 179 receptions, second only to the Western Michigan duo of Daniel Braverman and Corey Davis, who had 198 catches.
