New assistant coaches and staffers get approved contracts and raises for Alabama football

The contracts and raises have arrived for Alabama’s coaching staff and staffers.

According to the University of Alabama Board of Trustees, a meeting took place in Huntsville on Friday to approve the compensation of the Crimson Tide’s four new assistant coaches, experienced assistants, and staffers.

Nick Saban hired Eric Wolford, Travaris Robinson, Coleman Hutzler, and Joe Cox in the offseason. Wolford replaces Doug Marrone as the offensive line coach. Robinson takes over cornerbacks for Jay Valai, and Hutzler is coaching outside linebackers and special teams. Cox will serve as tight ends coach. All have been approved for contracts that will go through February 2024.
