Today marks a huge opportunity for student-athletes in college sports.
The NCAA has granted them a chance to capitalize on their likeness; however, a few Alabama football players see this as a distraction for the upcoming season. Monkell Goodwine, a true freshman via Upper Marlboro, Md., took to social media and shared that he is not focused on the name, image, and likeness deal yet. He is pursuing his craft on the field and wants to become a marquee player for the Crimson Tide. The 6-foot-4, 278-pounder arrived on campus as a four-star in this year’s signing class.
