Why would anyone send Humphrey a phone charger?
On Jan. 25, Humphrey was arrested by the University of Alabama police and charged with felony third-degree robbery. The allegedly stolen item was a phone charger valued at $15.
The arrest followed an incident from Jan. 13, when university police responded to a complaint at the Hotel Capstone.
