Nineteen pro prospects who played football at Alabama high schools and colleges were selected in the 2017 NFL Draft, including 10 from the Alabama Crimson Tide. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey was the first of the state players picked, going to the Baltimore Ravens with the draft's 16th choice on April 27.
Humphrey was an Under Armour, USA Today and Parade All-American at cornerback and played on two AHSAA Class 6A championship teams at Hoover High School. At Alabama, Humphrey played on the CFP national championship in 2015, the first of his two seasons in the Crimson Tide secondary.
