PHENIX CITY -- Tally another assist in the career column for Reuben Foster. The University of Alabama senior linebacker, who is known for bringing down ball carriers on Saturdays during the fall, helped bring another four-star linebacker back to Tuscaloosa.
Four-star linebacker Markail Benton of Central-Phenix City chose Alabama over Auburn and Florida State in an afternoon announcement in his school's auditorium Friday.
Alabama also got a commitment from a kicker rated No. 1 at his position on Friday.
The 6-foot-2, 230-pound outside linebacker was long thought to favor Auburn during his recruiting process, but fresh off a visit to Tuscaloosa and crediting a few key things, he chose to roll with the Crimson Tide.
