Since the Miami Dolphins traded Pro Bowl running back Jay Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles on Oct. 31, former Alabama standout Kenyan Drake had been sharing the NFL team's ball-carrying duties with Damien Williams.
But Williams couldn't play on Sunday because of a shoulder injury, so the workload for Miami's game against the Denver Broncos fell on Drake, who'd never carried the ball more than nine times in an NFL game. He had more rushing attempts than that in the first half of Sunday.
But it didn't seem to wear him out.
