A day after top-ranked Alabama’s 52-6 beatdown on No. 20 USC Saturday night, Crimson Tide offensive coordinator and former Trojans head coach Lane Kiffin tweeted out a photo and message trolling his former program.
While the focus of the tweet is on Kiffin’s son, who is featured in the photo, his somewhat subtly placed hashtag gives the real story.
Don’t understand the reference? That’s the time (3:14 a.m.) and place (LAX, or Los Angeles International Airport) Kiffin was unceremoniously fired by USC following the Trojans’ 62-41 loss at Arizona State in 2013.
