Kevin Norwood wants to contribute to NFL team's success

Wide receiver Kevin Norwood has been to two Super Bowls, but he's still striving to make his mark in the NFL.

The former Alabama standout signed a reserve/future contract with the New York Giants on Jan. 9. That means he'll be joining the Giants when their offseason program starts next month.

"I need that opportunity," Norwood said. "If it's there for me, I'm going to take advantage of it. I need somebody to fall in love with me, and I'll take over from there."

Norwood joined the NFL as a fourth-round choice of the Seattle Seahawks in the 2014 NFL Draft after playing in the Reese's Senior Bowl.
