Ryan Williams leaped onto the college football scene and became one of the wide receivers in college football as a 17-year-old freshman in 2024.
Williams wrapped up his true freshman campaign with 865 yards and eight touchdowns on 48 receptions.
Alabama football’s head coach Kalen DeBoer is confident in the work Williams will put in to continue to get better at wide receiver. He is also challenging the Alabama native to become a leader in year two.
“A year ago at this time, we were pretty excited about the commitment,” DeBoer said. “That’s what it was.
