Foley High School will get its second Super Bowl player on Sunday when wide receiver Julio Jones lines up for the Atlanta Falcons against the New England Patriots.
Foley's Ken Stabler reached Super Bowl XI with Oakland and helped the Raiders defeated the Minnesota Vikings 32-14 on Jan. 9, 1977, for the NFL championship.
Jones said he tried to represent his hometown the right way as he ascended to the top in football.
"It's great just to be able to be represented by someone that's not doing other things and giving Foley a bad rep," Jones said.
