Alabama came to play through the first two quarters of the SEC Championship particularly on the offensive side of the ball.
Quarterback Bryce Young showed why he is amongst the leaders in the Heisman race as he did it all for the Crimson Tide in the first half against Georgia. Despite a lacking run game, Young made plays with his arm and legs to move the chains for the Crimson Tide.
The offense got things going in the second quarter in a big way as Young found wide receiver Jameson Williams for a 67-yard touchdown.
Following a three and out from the defense, Young led an 80-yard touchdown drive which ended with a 13-yard touchdown pass to John Metchie.
