Tampa Bay Buccaneers center Joe Hawley accused a Seattle Seahawk of spitting in his face during Sunday's game, and he pointed the finger at rookie defensive tackle Jarran Reed. The rookie from Alabama, though, said he doesn't know what Hawley is talking about.
Hawley made the claim during his weekly radio show on Thursday on WDAE-AM in Tampa.
"They were hitting me late and when I got up, when I got all fired up, one guy actually spit in my face after one of the plays," Hawley said, "and I got all fired up because I don't think that should be part of the game at all.
