Jameson Williams expected to make NFL debut in December for Lions

The Detroit Lions are prepared to have its first selection from this year’s NFL Draft make its debut in December.

According to Lions’ head coach Dan Campbell, wide receiver Jameson Williams is expected to play next month. He got taken at No. 12 overall in the draft after an incredible 2021 season at the University of Alabama. As a native of St. Louis, Mo., Williams transferred to the Crimson Tide from Ohio State. He needed one season to turn in a first-round draft stock, and he did it by becoming the most explosive weapon in college football. Williams recorded 79 catches for 1,572 yards and 15 touchdowns.
