If it ain't broke: Tide baseball sticks with winning lineup, defeating Samford Bulldogs

Mitch Gaspard had found a lineup that worked over the weekend against Arkansas. He saw no need to change it against Samford.

The University of Alabama (31-21) got the same result against the Bulldogs (30-23) it did in all three games against the Razorbacks, winning, 6-2, on Tuesday night at Sewell-Thomas Stadium while using the same lineup for the fourth consecutive game.

It's the first time all season Alabama has used the same lineup in four straight games. Alabama has scored 33 runs in that stretch, most in a four-game span this season.

"I think we're on to one here," Gaspard said.
