Former Alabama linebacker Eryk Anders stayed undefeated as a pro fighter in mixed martial arts with a unanimous decision at "UFC Fight Night 123" on Saturday night in Fresno, California.

Anders isn't the only former football player in MMA. But as a former national-championship player now fighting on the Ultimate Fighting Championship circuit, he has the highest profile of the ex-footballers.

In the run-up to his UFC fight on Saturday night, Anders answered plenty of questions about his football background. During Flocombat.com's Top Turtle MMA Podcast, Anders was asked which football players could best make the transition from their sport to MMA, as he did.
