Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa re-aggravated his sprained knee Saturday against Missouri on what seemed like a routine slide as he tried to run for a first down.
The Heisman Trophy favorite sat on the field accompanied by members of Alabama's training staff for a significant amount of time, slowly jogged to the sideline, and then dipped into the team's medical tent.
Although Tagovailoa has returned to practice this week, and told SportsCenter on Monday night that his knee feels better than it did a week ago, the injury forced many to consider the impact on the team should he miss a game at any point.
