Alabama defensive coordinator Kane Wommack knows that Saturday will be a challenge for the Crimson Tide defense. On Monday, he spoke with the media and provided some insight for how he plans to defend the Volunteers dynamic offense.
“For us, based off the personnel groupings they have and based off the formations they’re gonna come out in, we’re going to have to be able to defend the lateral space and the vertical space on the outside but also make sure that we’re leveraging the box.
