Trae Taylor left the University of Alabama with an offer from the Crimson Tide after visiting during the Tide’s first day of spring practice.
Taylor attends Carmel Catholic High School in Illinois. He holds previous offers from Michigan, Illinois, Nebraska, LSU, Texas A&M and others.
The sophomore feels an offer from the Tide is something one has to be excited about.
“It’s Bama,” Taylor said. “It means a ton. Anytime you have a school like Bama interested, you have to be excited and do your homework before making any decisions.”
The Illinois product had an opportunity to see the Tide kick off spring practice Monday and left impressed with the structure of the program.
