NEW YORK | Walking through the Marriott Marquis, a line of people waiting to check in on the left, a bustling open-flowing restaurant on the right, Derrick Henry stood head and shoulders above a group of people following the three Heisman Trophy finalists.
As Henry passed, more than a few of the hotel's guests leaned in and whispered, “That's Derrick Henry, the running back from the University of Alabama.”
That's life for Henry these days. Even in a group that consisted of the best college football players in the country with Stanford's Christian McCaffrey and Clemson's Deshaun Watson in tow, Henry stood out.
