ESPN announced new deals with several prominent college football broadcasters prior to the 2017 season today.
Greg McElroy, Tom Luginbill, Brock Huard, Dusty Dvoracek and Rod Gilmore will all continue to serve as analysts and contribute to college football coverage on the ESPN family of networks.
McElroy, a former starting quarterback at Alabama, joined ESPN as an analyst after the SEC Network’s official launch in August 2014. Last season, he was moved to a weekly regular-season ESPN/ABC Saturday game assignment and will continue to work as a game analyst in 2017.
McElroy will also have a weekly football talk show titled Thinking Out Loud with co-host Marcus Spears on SEC Network, as announced earlier this month.
