Alabama is all set to play in the national championship game.
On Friday, athletic director Greg Byrne shared that the team had completed its COVID-19 tests ahead of traveling to Miami and that it was all set to make the trip.
Earlier in the day, AL.com reported that the team’s test results had been completed and that the team was ready for travel. But Byrne shared the team had still been waiting on its results prior to his own announcement.
Nonetheless, the same result was reached.
This news comes as a relief for college football fans after the report from AL.
