After being hurt about the news of Henry Ruggs III, more sadness has hit the Alabama football program.
According to its social media, the Crimson Tide has confirmed the death of former offensive lineman Grant Hill.
Hill, a native of Hunstville, Ala., died this morning. The cause of his passing is unknown. He was destined to be one of the best offensive linemen of the Nick Saban era. Hill arrived as a four-star in the 2013 signing class. The 6-foot-6, 300-pounder had smooth footwork, strong technique, and high potential to be an exceptional guard. He got extensive playing time as a true freshman in 2013, earning praise from his teammates.
