Georgia will be without a critical offensive piece at its disposal next week versus Alabama.
According to Jake Rowe of Dawgs HQ, part of On3 Sports, Tate Ratledge had a tightrope surgery done on his left ankle following the Bulldogs’ 13-12 victory over Kentucky. Ratledge, Georgia’s starting right guard, is set to miss at least a month via Kirby Smart.
The tightrope procedure to heal a sprained ankle usually takes a four to six-week recovery time.
