Jalen Hurts, four-star quarterback in the class of 2016 from Channelview High School in Texas, commited to the University of Alabama late Friday night.
"At Alabama, I loved what Coach Saban had in store for his players," hurts said. "Not only do they have a great football program, but academically they do a great job. Their focus is to give you the tools to be a successful man in life, and that is my main goal.
"I absolutely love what Alabama has in store for their students and athletes. They have lots of history and everlasting tradition.
